Struggle to find and maintain a relationship
The challenge to find and maintain a relationship can be frustrating. We identify the roadblocks you have faced, style of dating, and goals for a relationship. Identify family of origin expectations and ideals for a relationship. Focus on bettering self while on the journey to find a life partner.
Owning my identity
A large part of psychotherapy is becoming acquainted with the truest version of yourself. We work at unpacking your life story, identifying your values, and how to live a life that reflects who you are. When interested we will use personality assessments, such as the Enneagram, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator to better understand your unique traits.
